1. How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select size/quantity, and click Add to Cart.
Click the cart icon to review items.
Proceed to checkout and choose your preferred payment method.
Once payment is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
2. What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), credit/debit cards, net banking, major wallets, and COD (if applicable). All transactions are processed securely.
3. How can I track my order?
After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking link via email / SMS.
You can also log into your account and check your order status under My Orders.
4. What if I want to cancel or modify my order?
Contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order if no processing has started.
If order is not yet processed, we may cancel or modify it free of charge.
Once processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
5. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, and must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
Refunds will be issued once the return is approved and received.

Standard shipping within India takes 3–5 business days.

International shipping (if available): varies by destination—calculated at checkout.
8. What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will offer a full refund or replacement as per availability.
9. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! Exchanges for size or color are available if the original item is eligible for return and replacements are in stock.

No, you can use guest checkout.
